Learn more about us: https://mobicontentstech.com/ [Key Responsibilities] - Plan and produce K-pop/Korean Wave short-form content (target: 3 uploads per week) - Research and analyze domestic and international K-pop industry market trends - Create, edit, and upload content across platforms (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.) - Develop and execute social media marketing strategies targeting global (especially North American) K-pop fandoms

자격 요건

[Requirements] - Native-level English proficiency (essential) - Deep understanding of global (US/Western) culture and social media trends - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Independent content planning and production capabilities - Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content - Short-form video editing skills

[Preferred Qualifications] - Deep understanding of K-pop market and global fandom culture - Experience in North American/Western social media marketing - Proven experience in short-form content marketing - Existing social media influence or content creation portfolio ✨
