We are seeking a highly capable IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate SAP, ERP, and enterprise IT solution projects for major Korean corporations. This role requires strong communication skills, structured project management, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders at large enterprises. This is a work-from-home position, but you will be expected to attend customer meetings (online and occasionally offline) with executives from some of Korea’s largest and most prominent companies. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end IT implementation projects (SAP, ERP, and related corporate IT solutions). Coordinate communication between customers, internal consultants, and technical teams. Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Organize workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and status meetings. Manage risk, scope, budget checks, and issue resolution. Prepare and deliver presentations, project documentation, and status reports in both Korean and English. Build and maintain strong client relationships with global and domestic enterprise customers.

자격 요건

Fluent in Korean and English (both verbal and written communication). Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT, ERP, SAP, or digital transformation-related work (PM, PMO, consultant, or analyst roles preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks. Good understanding of corporate workflows, financial processes, and enterprise IT systems.

우대 사항

Experience in SAP or ERP project delivery. Background in consulting firms, SI companies, or corporate IT departments. Experience managing or supporting large-scale projects with top-tier enterprises. Certification in PMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAP is a plus.
