Mandatory Requirements (NO exceptions): - Valid visa to work in Korea - Proven kitchen experience - Previous work experience in Korea - Ability to work independently in a professional kitchen - Strong sense of responsibility, cleanliness, and speed - Comfortable working in a small team environment Work Expectations: - This is a small team, so multitasking is required - Must be willing to assist with other duties when necessary - During non-busy hours, helping with prep, cleaning, organization, or other tasks is expected, not optional Position: Full-time Location: Pyeongtaek, South Korea Only applicants who meet ALL requirements will be contacted.

자격 요건

Qualifications: - Minimum 2+ years of professional kitchen experience - Prior work experience in Korea is required - Must hold a valid visa permitting work in Korea - Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene - Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities in a small-team environment - Willingness to assist with non-cooking duties (prep, cleaning, organization, inventory) especially during non-busy hours - Able to work independently with minimal supervision - Physically able to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced kitchen - Reliable, punctual, and disciplined work ethic

우대 사항

- Experience working in small, independent restaurants or cafés - Ability to communicate in English & Korean (basic to intermediate level) - Experience with inventory management and cost control - Knowledge of Western / international cuisine - Experience handling opening and closing kitchen procedures - Strong sense of ownership and accountability - Flexible schedule and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays - Long-term availability preferred
