[ HK Student Relations & Growth Manager ] Join Us in Building the Next Stage of Korean Language Education! HOLA KOREAN is a fast-growing Korean language education platform built on the philosophy of “Customize Your Class.” Since 2019, over 10,000 students from around the world have taken classes with us. With more than 50 Korean language instructors, we provide customized 1:1 and group lessons for individuals, global companies, and multiple embassies in Seoul. In 2025, HOLA KOREAN was recognized at the Kakao Business Awards, and we continue to expand our partnerships both domestically and internationally. 2026 will be a pivotal year for us. We are preparing for our next stage of growth, strengthening our student experience, optimizing our internal systems, and scaling our revenue structure in a sustainable way. We are looking for a Student Relations & Sales Manager who can balance thoughtful student care with structured sales execution. 💼 Key Responsibilities - Managing new student inquiries and consultation-to-enrollment conversions - Supporting and retaining existing students (re-enrollment management) - Building and improving B2C/B2B sales processes for scalable growth - Collaborating with instructors and internal teams to enhance student experience ※ This role combines relationship management (student-facing) and structured sales execution. ⏰ Working Conditions - Flexible Start time: 9:30–10:30 AM - Flexible End time: 5:30–6:30 PM - 7 working hours per day (1-hour lunch break) - Location: 3 minutes from Gangnam Station ※ We operate in a performance-oriented but autonomous work environment.

📋 Requirements - Strong English communication skills - Prior experience in Sales or related roles - Proactive and responsible working attitude - Valid F-visa (or visa allowing employment without sponsorship)
