자격 요건

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker. • Experience editing YouTube videos or long-form content. • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools. • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics. • Ability to communicate clearly and work remotely with a team. • Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently.

우대 사항

• Currently living in South Korea (preferred but not mandatory). • Experience editing YouTube vlogs, lifestyle, or travel content. • Knowledge of YouTube trends, pacing, and audience retention techniques. • Ability to create thumbnails or simple graphics is a plus. • Basic understanding of Spanish and English subtitles editing.
