● Research trends, topics, hashtags, and content formats relevant to each platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). ● Develop and maintain a cross-platform content calendar. (MetriCool) ● Assist in daily posting, scheduling, and maintaining platform consistency. ● Optimize posts for engagement, reach, and brand identity. (Duet, Stitch etc.) ● Monitor analytics and create weekly performance reports (YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics). ● Identify growth opportunities and propose strategy adjustments. ● Collaborate with TooSixMG to boost brand visibility. ● Assist with the execution of campaigns promoting VO HERO, Infinite brands (3), and upcoming IP projects. ● Support paid ad campaigns (Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube promotions). ● Develop copy for posts, captions, community updates, and marketing materials. ● Initiate brainstorming sessions for new channel concepts or brand extensions. ● Update and manage the company website (Wix) using advanced Wix features. ● Assist with UI/UX improvements, layout adjustments, and content updates. ● Build and optimize product pages for merchandise (VO HERO / TooSixMG). ● Initiate setup of e-commerce systems. ● Manage South-Korean-approved payment gateways & FinTech solutions (e.g., PayPal, Toss, KakaoPay, Naver Pay, Samsung Pay). ● Test mobile responsiveness and troubleshoot issues across devices. Confirm website UI/UX is navigable and simple to use. ● Coordinate strategies to promote merch through Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the Wix shop. ● Establish who the competition is and analyze their merch strategies. ● Assist in designing simple digital assets for campaigns (promo banners, visuals). ● Track sales data and suggest improvements based on customer surveys/behavior.

자격 요건

● High fluency in English (Native or professional level). ● Minimum 2 years experience with digital content creation, including professional knowledge of Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve preferred. ● Background in Film studies and/or Social Media Marketing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, IS, Data Science or Game Development preferred. ● Experience with Vid Gen models such as Runway AI, Sora, Higgsfield, Gemini etc. ● Understanding of camera and lighting techniques. ● Minimum 2 years experience with Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Merchandising. ● Minimum 2 years experience working in Korea or familiarity with the local media landscape preferred.
