자격 요건

• Minimum 1 year of expereince in an advertising agency, preferably with exposure to both ATL and digital campaigns. • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients on a daily basis. • Experience in ATL production (KV,TVCF,VIdeo) is a strong advantage; involvement in at leaser 1-2 productions, at any scale, is preferred. • Familiar with administrative and financial processes, oncluding payment workflows and coordination of documentation across internal teams, clients, production houses, and partner agencies. • Proficient in English (written and spoken) for effective collaboration with global partners; confident presentation skills in English are a plus. • Understand of digital and social workflows, including media formats, KOL/influencer ecosystems, and etc
