Foreign Digital Editor (Field Content Creator) KM COLLECTIVE is a start-up company, which publishes new digital magazine introducing Korean culture and trends on a global scale. We create culture-first content for the global audience locked into Korea — spotlighting the trends, stories, and deeper context that fuel the scene. We are looking for a Field Digital Editor who thrives on being on-site, capturing real moments, and producing engaging short-form digital content for our digital magazine. 1. FIELD DIGITAL EDITOR Key Responsibilities ● Visit cultural sites, restaurants, exhibitions, fashion events, festivals, and brand activations for on-site coverage ● Capture and produce photo editorials and short-form mobile video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content) ● Create UGC-style storytelling that feels authentic and culturally immersive ● Cover K-culture events including lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food, travel, K-pop and K-drama-related happenings ● Edit and publish visual content across website and social media platforms ● Collaborate with Creative Director and editorial team for branded campaigns ● Communicate with brands, PR agencies, and event organizers

자격 요건

Qualifications ● Minimum 1 year of relevant experience ● College degree (2-3 year program or higher) ● Fluent in both Korean and English ● Strong interest in Korean culture, trends, and media ● Short-form mobile videography skill (shooting/editing) ● Experience in digital content creation (Video/Photo) ● Strong understanding of social media trends ● Eligible to work and reside in Korea

Preferred Qualifications ● Experience managing SNS accounts ● Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other editing tools ● Understanding of AI tools for content creation ● Experience working in media, magazine, or digital publishing ● Comfortable working with brands, PR, and agencies
