Without being exhaustive, the typical responsibilities associated with this position include: • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of climate projects, from conception and feasibility studies to implementation and monitoring, with a focus on African markets. • Conduct detailed analysis and follow-up on project financials, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial targets. • Engage with various stakeholders, including local African team, government bodies, financial institutions & investors, and local partners. • Apply working knowledge of bioethanol production and biomass pellet plant operations — including process flows, feedstock supply chains, plant layout, and key performance parameters — to support feasibility assessment, technical due diligence, and informed communication with engineers, EPC contractors, and technology providers. • Lead partnership development for plant project development and EPC construction, identifying and structuring relationships with technology providers, engineering firms, offtakers, and co-developers across the project lifecycle. • Prepare and manage project documentation, contracts, and reports. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the bioethanol, biomass, and broader clean energy sectors, especially within Africa. • Represent EcoLinks at relevant conferences, consultations, and industry events. • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, challenges, and successes to senior management.

자격 요건

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience (5 years) in climate project development, renewable energy, or sustainable development. • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring. • Good financial acumen and experience with project budgeting and financial analysis. • Demonstrated ability to engage and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Working knowledge of bioethanol production and/or biomass pellet plant operations, including process fundamentals, feedstock logistics, and EPC project execution. A deep technical background is not required, but the ability to engage credibly with engineers, technology providers, and plant operators is essential.
