* 호텔 투숙객 Check-in / Check-out 업무 * RYSE 서비스 기준에 따른 내·외부 고객 요청 응대 * Perform hotel guest check-in and check-out procedures * Handle internal and external guest requests in accordance with RYSE service standards

* 동일 직무 경력자 또는 관련 전공 졸업자 우대 * 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 서비스 마인드 보유자 * 스케줄 및 교대 근무 가능자 * 한국어 및 영어 등 외국어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 * Experience in a similar position or relevant educational background preferred * Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset * Ability to work flexible shifts and rotating schedules * Proficiency in Korean and English, or other foreign languages is a plus
