<What We Provide> - All lesson materials, activity guides, and role-play scripts - A structured event schedule and activity plan <Key Responsibilities> - Lead English conversations with adult learners throughout the event - Facilitate interactive games and group activities in English - Participate in role-play activities by acting as café staff and helping learners practice real-life conversations - Encourage participants to speak as much English as possible in a relaxed and supportive environment - Keep conversations flowing by asking follow-up questions and encouraging quieter participants to join in

자격 요건

"Native or near-native English proficiency and sufficient Korean skills to communicate with staff and participants when needed." - Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality - Comfortable leading conversations with small groups of adult learners - Able to naturally encourage discussion and maximize student speaking time - Energetic and enthusiastic about helping learners practice English - Previous experience teaching, tutoring, facilitating events, or leading group activities is a plus
