✔️ 레스토랑 및 바, 라운지 등 식음료 업장 고객 응대 및 서비스 제공 ✔️ 주문 접수, 음식 및 음료 서빙, 테이블 세팅 및 정리 ✔️ 고객 요청사항 파악 및 맞춤형 서비스 제공 ✔️ 메뉴 및 프로모션 안내를 통한 업셀링 ✔️ 위생 및 청결 기준 준수 ✔️ POS 시스템을 활용한 주문 및 결제 처리 ✔️ 팀원과의 협업을 통한 원활한 서비스 운영 지원 -Provide professional customer service in restaurants, bars, lounges, and other food & beverage outlets. -Take customer orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner. -Set up, maintain, and clear tables to ensure a pleasant dining experience. -Identify and respond to guest requests, providing personalized service to meet customer needs. -Promote menu items and special offers to maximize upselling opportunities. -Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety. -Process orders and payments accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system. -Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

✔️ H1 워킹 홀리데이 비자 소지자 -Hold a valid H-1 Working Holiday Visa.
