Welcome! We are a fast-growing startup dedicated to building a premium K-beauty beach brand. We are currently gearing up to launch our new product to the global market and are looking for a passionate and versatile professional to help us expand internationally, starting with Australia and Hawaii. If you are excited about shaping a brand from the ground up and sharing our vision with the world, we would love to have you on board! -Ensure Product Safety & Compliance (화장품 책임 및 규제 관리) You will serve as our officially registered Cosmetic Quality Control Manager. Your role is vital in keeping our products safe and compliant globally. You will manage quality control guidelines, handle mandatory reporting to the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (식약처), and ensure our formulations and packaging labels meet international standards, including AICIS (Australia), MoCRA (US), CPNP (EU), and EAC. -Drive Global Marketing & Sales (해외 마케팅 및 세일즈) Help us take our K-beauty beach brand to the world! You will lead B2B outreach to retail distributors, initially focusing on Australia and Hawaii, before expanding to the US and Europe. You will also shape our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing campaigns, create compelling pitch decks, and define our brand positioning in the global market. -Grow Our Global Community (커뮤니티 매니저) Be the voice of our brand! You will build meaningful relationships with early adopters, global buyers, and influencers. By managing our social media channels, you will cultivate a vibrant and engaging online community that builds strong social proof for our products.

자격 요건

-Educational Background (학력) A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a STEM field. Please note: If your degree was earned outside of South Korea, it will need to be Apostilled or verified by a Korean consulate so we can complete your official MFDS registration. -Language Skills (어학 능력) Professional-level fluency in English is our top priority for global outreach, along with conversational Korean to ensure smooth daily collaboration with our local team. -Work Schedule (근무 형태) This is a full-time, regular position requiring 40 hours per week.

While not strictly required, we would be thrilled if you bring any of the following to the table: -Bilingual Fluency: Native-level proficiency in both English and Korean. -Industry Background: Previous experience working in the K-beauty, cosmetics, or premium skincare industries. -Startup & Sales Savvy: Hands-on experience with B2B sales pitching or community building, particularly within early-stage startups. -Target Market Expertise: Because our primary target markets are the US, EU, and Australia, applicants originally from these regions will be highly preferred. -Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of international cosmetic regulations, such as MoCRA (US), AICIS (Australia), and CPNP (EU).

-Start Date We are aiming for a start date of August 18, 2026. -Office Languages Our team communicates in a mix of English and Korean. -Visa Policy At this time, we are unable to sponsor or host work visas. Please ensure you currently hold a valid visa that permits full-time employment in South Korea before applying. -Location We are based in Songdo, Incheon. We are actually moving to a new office within the Songdo area in August 2026, and we will share the finalized address with you as soon as it is confirmed! -Compensation Growth Your starting salary will be adjusted to a competitive market rate following our successful funding round anticipated later this year.
