다이나믹온 시흥플랑드르 · 영어 놀이 프로그램 운영 Dynamic On Siheung Flandre · Premium Kids Cafe · English Immersive Play Program 안녕하세요. 경기도 시흥시에 위치한 고급 키즈 카페 다이나믹온 시흥플랑드르에서 함께 일하실 플레이 스태프를 모집합니다. 클라이밍, 미니번지점프 등 고공에서 이루어지는 놀이들을 지도하고 가르쳐줄 수 있는 진행요원의 역할과 매장운영, 카페업무까지 전체적인 시설운영을 할 수 있어야 하며, 방문고객이 어린이들이 많으므로 어린이들에게도 늘 밝고 환한 이미지로 다가가고, 글로벌 시민으로서의 태도를 배울 수 있도록 함께 놀아줄 수 있는 분을 찾습니다. 한국인들이 외국인들을 자연스럽게 접할 수 있는 리조트형 익스트림스포츠 체험시설에서 한국을 경험하고 싶으신 분, 밝은 에너지가 넘치는 분을 기다립니다. We are looking for Play Staff to join the team at "Dynamic On Siheung Flandre," a premium kids' cafe located in Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do. The role involves supervising and instructing high-altitude activities—such as climbing and mini-bungee jumping—as well as managing overall facility operations, including store administration and cafe duties. Since our visitors are primarily children, we are seeking someone who maintains a cheerful and welcoming demeanor and can actively engage with the kids, helping them learn the attitude of a global citizen through play. We welcome individuals full of bright energy who wish to experience Korea while working at this resort-style extreme sports facility, a place where Koreans can naturally interact with people from other countries. ■ Location We are located at 155 Janghyeon-neunggok-ro, Building B, 3F, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do. The venue is directly connected to Siheung Neunggok Station on the Seohaean Line, making it very easy to commute by subway. Naver Map: naver.me/xzc5zS3x ■ 고용 형태 및 급여 파트타임으로 채용하며 겸업이 가능합니다. 근무 시간은 지원자의 상황에 맞게 협의 조정 가능합니다. 급여는 시급 15,000원이며, 근무 시간에 따라 세부 조건은 면접 시 협의합니다. ■ Employment Type & Pay This is a part-time position and holding another job simultaneously is welcome. Working hours are flexible and fully negotiable based on your schedule. The hourly pay is ₩15,000 per hour. Specific terms will be discussed during the interview.

자격 요건

■ 지원 자격 ( Eligibility Requirements ) 아이들을 접하게 되므로 H-1, F계열 비자를 가지신 분을 찾습니다. However, as the role involves working with children, we are looking for candidates holding H-1 or F-series visas. 영어 스피킹이 가능하신 분 (Native 또는 유창한 수준), 유럽과 아메리카대륙 국적이면 좋겠고, 긍정적인 에너지와 성실하고 책임감 있는 태도를 갖추신 분이라면 누구든 환영합니다. We welcome anyone who is a native or fluent English speaker—ideally holding citizenship from a European or American country—and possesses positive energy, diligence, and a strong sense of responsibility. ■ 인턴근무 1달 후 계속 근무 결정 예정 ( 1 month Intermship needed before continuous work) A decision regarding continued employment is scheduled to be made after one month of internship.
