Build the next global beauty powerhouse — at its inflection point G2Global Korea is the Korean arm of U.S.-based G2Global Co., a global beauty brand builder led by founders whose backgrounds span entrepreneurship, strategy consulting, and private equity. Since launching our Korean entity in 2025, we've grown into a global team of 30+ with one shared obsession: scaling world-class beauty brands at speed. That track record earned seed backing from U.S. investors, and in 2026 we go global — starting in the Middle East and building toward the U.S., Europe, and Japan. Leading the charge is our flagship brand, epii — the fastest-growing brand on YesStyle, the global skincare platform. Explosive traction across the Middle East, a fast-rising fanbase in Europe and the U.K., and rapid expansion into Russia. A clinical, science-first derma brand powered by TikTok influencer seeding at scale, epii is what happens when product and marketing catch fire at the same time. Now we're building out the team that will take epii from fast-rising brand to global category leader. It's still early enough that your work will shape what epii becomes — and far enough along that you'll be building on real momentum, not a blank page. What you'll do * Design and execute influencer seeding strategy across global markets (U.S., Europe, U.K., and beyond) * Own our TikTok-first content strategy — sourcing, building, and managing global creator partnerships * Run and grow marketing across global retail channels like YesStyle and Amazon Sharpen epii's brand positioning and messaging (Gentle Longevity) * Turn data into decisions — analyze and optimize seeding performance, conversion, and content efficiency

자격 요건

* Hands-on experience in marketing, brand, or e-commerce. * Fluent English — able to communicate seamlessly with global creators and partners * Experience in influencer and/or social media marketing * A data-driven mindset — you think in numbers and move on them * Strong interest and understanding of social media platforms and content trends (TikTok, Instagram) * High interest in digital marketing, especially product-, content-, and influencer-driven industries

* Ability to understand or communicate in Korean * Experience in short-form content creation (e.g., TikTok) or viral marketing projects * Experience as an influencer or working with creators/influencers * A proactive, creative, and ownership-driven mindset with strong responsibility for assigned tasks
