* Monitoring day-to-day operational issues, troubleshooting errors and escalating where needed. * Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization. * Support customers and business partners by resolving transaction-related inquiries promptly * Monitor transaction statuses and coordinate with partners to ensure timely processing. * Maintaining accurate operational records, reports and documentation. * Communicating internally and externally with stakeholders to resolve problems.

자격 요건

* Develop a strong understanding of the remittance and cross-border payments industry. * Be reliable, detail-oriented and able to work accurately under time pressure. * Be able to show internally the progress and plans of operational tasks. * Maintain high service standards while collaborating with internal teams and external partners * Available to work weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis as required.

우대 사항

*Experience in the remittance, fintech, banking, or payment industry is preferred. *Experience in payment operations, reconciliation, transaction monitoring, or customer support is an advantage. *Fluent in English and Korean (written and spoken). *SQL query and database knowledge. *Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred). *Analytical and problem-solving skills. *Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy. *Strong communication and teamwork skills.
