Product & Content Localization · Review English marketing materials, presentations, manuals, and product documents from a native English-speaking perspective. · Suggest improvements to ensure materials sound natural, professional, and culturally appropriate for U.S. and Singapore audiences. · Identify unclear or awkward expressions and recommend more effective wording. Market Research · Research U.S. and Singapore public sector, healthcare, senior care, and community organizations. · Build and maintain lists of potential partners, pilot sites, and key decision-makers. · Identify relevant departments, contacts, email addresses, and organizational information. Outreach Support · Send introductory emails and LinkedIn messages. · Conduct initial outreach to potential partners. · Follow up with organizations after initial contact. · Track outreach activities and maintain CRM or contact records. POC (Pilot Project) Support · Assist in preparing materials for pilot projects. · Review operational guides and user-facing documents from a U.S. user perspective. · Help organize meetings, notes, and action items. · Provide usability feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience.

자격 요건

Required · Native or near-native English proficiency. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Comfortable communicating with organizations via email and phone. · Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. · Able to work independently.

우대 사항

Preferred · Experience studying or working in the United States, Singapore. · Interest in healthcare, AI, digital health, or public services. · Experience in market research, business development, sales support, or customer outreach. · Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is a plus.
