Key Responsibilities - Provide professional online and/or in-clinic consultations for international patients seeking medical procedures - Ensure accurate and culturally nuanced communication between doctors and international patients (English ↔ Korean interpretation) - Guide patients throughout the consultation and treatment journey with professionalism, clarity, and empathy - Coordinate consultations, treatment schedules, appointments, and provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment guidance - Deliver exceptional patient-centered service while maintaining clear communication with both patients and partner clinics We are currently hiring for the following full-time positions: A. Plastic Surgery Department – In-Clinic Consultant (1 position) B. Plastic Surgery Department – Online Consultant (In-Office) (1 position) C. Dermatology Department – In-Clinic Consultant (1 position) (A) > Hybrid: In-clinic consultation & in-office online pre-consultation management > Greater emphasis on surgical consultation interpretation and long-term patient relationship management > Requires professionalism, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage detailed consultations >월-금 (B) > Full-time office-based role focused on online plastic surgery consultations & logistics > Manage online inquiries from international patients and provide consultation guidance > Arrange appointments and surgery schedules while coordinating with partner clinics > Build rapport with patients throughout their treatment journey through consistent online communication >월-금 (C) > Primarily in-clinic consultation support > Includes active management of online inquiries and appointment coordination > Requires strong stamina, efficiency, adaptability, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced clinical environment > 월화목금토 (스케줄 근무)

자격 요건

- 학력무관 - Fluency in English (native-level) 원어민 수준 영어회화능력 보유자 - Fluency in Korean (professional working proficiency) - Korean nationality OR F visa holder

우대 사항

- Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, aesthetic clinics, or medical institutions - Prior experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, service, client relations, etc.) is highly valued - Medical interpretation or consultation experience - Background in luxury service, hospitality, or high-touch client care environments - Strong situational awareness and polished communication style - Administrative and digital system proficiency
