Build the next global beauty powerhouse — at its inflection point G2Global Korea is the Korean arm of U.S.-based G2Global Co., a global beauty brand builder led by founders whose backgrounds span entrepreneurship, strategy consulting, and private equity. Since launching our Korean entity in 2025, we've grown into a global team of 30+ with one shared obsession: scaling world-class beauty brands at speed. That track record earned seed backing from U.S. investors, and in 2026 we go global — starting in the Middle East and building toward the U.S., Europe, and Japan. Leading the charge is our flagship brand, epii — the fastest-growing brand on YesStyle, the global skincare platform. Explosive traction across the Middle East, a fast-rising fanbase in Europe and the U.K., and rapid expansion into Russia. A clinical, science-first derma brand powered by TikTok influencer seeding at scale, epii is what happens when product and marketing catch fire at the same time. Now we're building out the team that will take epii from fast-rising brand to global category leader. It's still early enough that your work will shape what epii becomes — and far enough along that you'll be building on real momentum, not a blank page. What you'll do * Plan and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns targeting the Japanese market * Analyze local trends in Japan and develop brand marketing strategies * Manage influencers and partnerships (YouTubers, bloggers, social media influencers, etc.) * Localize content and write copy in Japanese * Analyze ad performance and optimize marketing based on data * Plan and execute promotions to increase brand awareness in Japan * Seed and manage Japanese marketing channels

자격 요건

* 3+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing targeting the Japanese market * Strong understanding of the Japanese market and consumer trends * Fluent communication skills in Japanese * Experience in global content planning and copywriting * Experience in data analysis and marketing performance optimization

우대 사항

* Experience living in Japan or a deep understanding of Japanese culture * Marketing experience in the cosmetics/beauty industry * Experience managing major Japanese social media platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, LINE, YouTube, etc.) * Experience in marketing and paid advertising execution
