더봄 스튜디오는 서울 명동을 기반으로 퍼스널컬러, 메이크업, 피부 진단 등 개인에게 맞는 뷰티 경험을 제공하는 K-Beauty 스튜디오입니다. 다양한 국가의 고객들이 더봄을 방문하고 있으며, 고객이 예약하는 순간부터 스튜디오를 떠날 때까지 좋은 경험을 할 수 있도록 함께 만들어갈 예약관리 & 고객응대 매니저를 찾습니다. 주요 업무 국내·외 고객 예약 확인 및 일정 관리 이메일, 메신저 등을 통한 고객 문의 응대 예약 변경 및 취소 관리 방문 전 고객 안내 및 예약 리마인드 방문 고객 체크인 및 현장 응대 예약 플랫폼 및 고객 정보 관리 스튜디오 운영에 필요한 기본적인 고객 커뮤니케이션 업무 The Bom Studio is a K-Beauty studio based in Myeongdong, Seoul, offering personalized beauty experiences including personal color analysis, makeup services, and skin analysis. We welcome customers from all over the world and are looking for a Reservation & Customer Service Manager who can help create a smooth and positive experience for our customers—from the moment they make a reservation to the moment they leave our studio. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate reservations for both Korean and international customers Respond to customer inquiries via email and messaging platforms Handle reservation changes and cancellations Send pre-visit information and reservation reminders Welcome customers and assist with check-in at the studio Manage booking platforms and customer information Support day-to-day customer communication and studio operations

자격 요건

### 이런 분을 찾고 있어요 - 영어로 기본적인 고객 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분 - 친절하고 정확한 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분 - 여러 예약과 일정을 꼼꼼하게 관리할 수 있는 분 - 고객의 입장에서 먼저 생각하고 문제를 해결하는 것을 좋아하는 분 - 기본적인 PC 및 온라인 업무에 익숙한 분 ### Who We’re Looking For - Comfortable communicating with customers in English - Friendly, clear, and professional in communication - Organized and detail-oriented when managing multiple reservations and schedules - Enjoys thinking from the customer’s perspective and finding solutions - Comfortable using basic computer programs and online tools

### 이런 경험이 있다면 더 좋아요 - 호텔, 뷰티, 관광, 리테일 등 외국인 고객 응대 경험 - 예약 관리 또는 CS 업무 경험 - 영어 외 일본어 또는 중국어 가능자 - 뷰티/K-Beauty에 관심이 많은 분 - 새로운 툴이나 업무 프로세스를 빠르게 익히는 분 ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience assisting international customers in hospitality, beauty, tourism, retail, or related industries * Previous experience in reservation management or customer service * Japanese or Chinese language skills in addition to English * Interest in beauty and K-Beauty * Quick to learn new tools, systems, and work processes
