TooSix Media Group is looking for a Game Ideation & Narrative Design Intern to join the creative development team behind Apocalypto: Columbra, an original game and cinematic universe currently in active development. This is a non-technical, creative/design-focused role - no coding or engineering experience required or expected. You'll work alongside our in-house team to help shape the game's world, story, characters, and player experience. Apocalypto: Columbra is in an exciting phase: genre, mechanics, and format are still being actively explored and defined. You'll have real creative input into decisions that shape the direction of the project, not just execute a locked-in brief. [Game Ideation & Concept Development] - Contribute to gameplay systems and mechanic ideation. - Assist in drafting and maintaining Game Design Documents (GDDs). - Propose and iterate on multiple potential game directions. [Narrative Design & Worldbuilding] - Contribute to story concepts, worldbuilding, and thematic direction. - Support character development and world structure. - Help write narrative frameworks adaptable across genre directions. [Player Experience (UX) Exploration] - Design and evaluate potential player journeys. - Analyze how genre and design decisions affect engagement and usability. [Cross-Media & Content Integration] - Support adapting the IP into social media content and VO HERO formats. - Assist in testing audience response to creative directions. [Research & Market Analysis] - Analyze game genres, trends, comparable titles, and audience expectations. - Provide insights to inform strategic direction. [Documentation & Production Support] - Maintain organized project documentation. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal reviews. [Secondary Assignment] - Support VO HERO social media (TikTok/YouTube/IG) short-form content production.

자격 요건

- Background in game design, narrative design, creative writing, media studies, or a related field - through work experience or university major (Game Design and related; Narrative Design, Interactive Media Studies, Digital Media Arts) - Strong English required; Korean is a plus - Comfortable contributing ideas in an early-stage, still-forming creative process - Able to document and organize ideas clearly in a small-team environment - Foreign applicants must hold a visa that permits part-time work (e.g. D-10 job-seeking visa, F-visa) ※ D-2 (student) visa holders are not eligible, as the internship overlaps with the academic semester

우대 사항

- Experience with collaboration/documentation tools such as Confluence, Trello, or LegendKeeper - Familiarity with narrative-driven games (e.g. Myst, Disco Elysium, Outer Wilds) - Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) - A creative portfolio in worldbuilding, character design, or similar - Self-directed and proactive in proposing ideas - Comfortable working in a still-evolving early-stage project environment
