- Activation and handling of customer inquiries/complaints - Management of activation/CS personnel - Communication and coordination with external organizations regarding MVNO-related matters - Support for MVNO operations

자격 요건

- Experience using both KT and LG U+ activation systems - Available to work on weekends - At least 3 years of total work experience, including at least 1 year in activation and 2 years in customer complaint handling - Candidates without relevant experience are also welcome if they demonstrate a strong willingness to learn - Quick to understand computer systems and telecommunications, with strong numerical aptitude

우대 사항

- Proficiency in document editing tools such as Excel, Word, and HWP - Experience using both KT and LG U+ activation systems - Proficiency in English - Proficiency in Korea
