*Position Overview* We are seeking a polished and highly professional Global Medical Consultant / English Interpreter to support our international clientele in our Dermatology department. This role extends beyond interpretation. You will serve as a key liaison between medical professionals and patients, ensuring clarity, discretion, and an elevated patient experience from initial inquiry through post-treatment care. This is a client-facing position requiring strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, composure, and a refined service mindset. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: - Provide professional online and/or in-clinic consultations for international patients seeking medical procedures - Ensure accurate and culturally nuanced communication between doctors and international patients (English ↔ Korean interpretation) - Guide patients throughout the consultation and treatment journey with professionalism, clarity, and empathy - Coordinate consultations, treatment schedules, appointments, and provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment guidance - Deliver exceptional patient-centered service while maintaining clear communication with both patients and medical practitioners 근무시간: 월-금 중 4일+토요일 (스케쥴 근무)

자격 요건

- Korean nationality OR F visa holder - 학력무관 - Fluency in English (native-level) 원어민 수준 영어회화능력 보유자 - Fluency in Korean (professional working proficiency)

우대 사항

- Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, aesthetic clinics, or medical institutions - Prior experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, service, client relations, etc.) is highly valued - Medical interpretation or consultation experience - Background in luxury service, hospitality, or high-touch client care environments - Strong situational awareness and polished communication style - Administrative and digital system proficiency
