• Identify and build relationships with content partners in North America. • Explore the full licensing cycle with North American publishers, comics publishers, and literary agencies, from partner sourcing and pitching to negotiation and contract execution • Negotiate licensing terms and agreements with partners. • Manage existing partnerships and identify opportunities to expand our business together. • Stay current on North American manga, comics, and broader content market trends and apply insights to business strategy.

자격 요건

• Hands-on experience working in the North American manga or comics industry. • Experience in content/IP licensing, partnerships, or business development. • Experience developing business opportunities and working directly with content partners. • Strong English communication skills for working with international partners. • Ability to take ownership of projects and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
