Global UX Research Assistant

주요 업무

- Run user research in English. You’ll lead interviews and usability tests with users in English-speaking markets, from facilitating sessions to documenting the findings. - Help design research studies. You’ll work with UX Researchers and Product Designers to define participant criteria, create interview guides and task scenarios, and adapt questions to each market’s culture and financial experience. - Work with research partners and participants around the world. You’ll confirm recruiting criteria, coordinate schedules, and help sessions run smoothly. - Turn research into action. Help identify what users need and where the product can improve. - Make research reusable. You’ll document findings from each market so they can inform future projects, not just the study at hand.

- You can lead user interviews in English and go beyond a prepared list of questions, knowing when to listen, dig deeper, and follow up. - You’re curious about customers and motivated to uncover problems and improve the product. - You’re comfortable with unfamiliar work and can find a way forward and see it through. - You’re genuinely curious about people from different cultures. When you hear something unexpected, you dig a little deeper to understand why

- You don’t need a portfolio to apply. We’re more interested in how you think, listen, and learn. - This position is a short-term contract position, with a contract period of 3 months from the start date. - Working hours are 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, excluding a 1-hour unpaid break. - The monthly salary is KRW 2.4 million before tax, including weekly holiday pay and meal allowance. - If any false information is found in your resume or submitted documents, or if any disciplinary history is identified during your employment history review, the offer may be withdrawn or employment may be canceled. - Applicants with disabilities or those eligible for national veterans’ benefits will receive preference in accordance with applicable laws.
