Kfriday helps customers around the world purchase and receive products from Korea, with a strong focus on K-pop and K-culture. We're looking for a smart, motivated, and collaborative person to join our Customer Care & Purchasing team. What You'll Do - Purchase K-pop merchandise and other products through Korean secondhand platforms like Bunjang and e-commerce sites like Makestar, JYP Fans, Weverse, and Naver Smartstore - Communicate with sellers, shops, and teammates to follow up on purchases and resolve issues - Keep Kfriday customers informed about their purchases, especially when there are delays, changes, or issues requiring their attention - Handle issues such as refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damages, missing items, and wrong deliveries - Maintain purchasing and product information in our internal system - Coordinate with our logistics team and part-time operators, including those covering evenings and weekends - Keep purchasing data accurate and well organized

자격 요건

Who We're Looking For: Qualifications - Korean: TOPIK Level 3+ or equivalent practical proficiency - English: Professional working proficiency - Comfortable communicating with customers, sellers, shops, and teammates, primarily in writing - Familiar with Korean online shopping and digital tools - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Preferred: 3+ years of professional work experience in a company or structured work environment

우대 사항

Even Better If You... - Have experience buying K-pop merchandise (via Bunjang, X, Weverse, Makestar, etc.) and/or participating in fan calls - Have professional experience in e-commerce, customer care, or international business - Are comfortable using tools like Office, Google Sheets, Notion, or Airtable - Enjoy finding ways to make repetitive work simpler or more efficient - Use AI, no-code tools, or simple coding to work smarter - Naturally take initiative and are comfortable coordinating or helping others - Have the potential and interest to take on broader responsibilities over time You don't need to know everything from day one. We care about people who learn quickly, communicate well, take responsibility, and care about doing good work.

Employment - Type: Full-time - Compensation: ₩2,600,000–₩2,800,000/month, depending on experience and qualifications - Location: Guro Digital, Seoul - Start date: ASAP Visa - E-7 visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - We welcome international candidates who want to build their careers in Korea. If you require E-7 sponsorship, we're happy to discuss sponsorship as part of the hiring process. - Candidates who already hold F-series or other visas allowing full-time employment in Korea are equally welcome.
