Senior College Admissions & Application Consultant 👉Compensation: USD $4,000 per Student (Project-Based) Employment Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor
 Work Format: 100% Online / Remote
 Location: South Korea Preferred (Not Required)
 Students: Primarily international school students based in South Korea 👉Project Scope — 10 Application Projects per Student * UC Application (1 Project): Multiple UC campuses are collectively counted as one application project. * 9 Additional Universities: Comprehensive application and essay consulting for nine other universities. * Total: 1 UC Application + 9 Additional Universities = 10 Projects 👉Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire college application process, from admissions strategy to final submission. 1. College Selection & Admissions Strategy -Evaluate student profiles and develop balanced college lists (Reach / Target / Likely). -Plan ED, EA, and RD application strategies. 2. Common App & UC Application Management -Provide comprehensive guidance on Common App and UC applications, managing the entire process through final submission. -Review Activities, Honors, Additional Information, UC Activities & Awards, and university-specific requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness. 3. College Essay Consulting -Guide Common App Personal Statements, UC PIQs, and Supplemental Essays. -Lead brainstorming, story development, drafting, and revisions. -Develop personalized essay strategies while preserving each student's authentic voice and ensuring final quality. 👉Support Provided by INTO Education * Established admissions roadmap and consulting framework. * Research and administrative support from Junior Consultants. * Internal coordination and application tracking assistance.

자격 요건

👉Qualifications Required * Minimum 3 years of verifiable, hands-on experience in U.S. college admissions consulting. * Proven experience managing U.S. college applications and coaching admissions essays, with documented admissions outcomes. * Strong knowledge of Common App, UC applications, and U.S. admissions strategies. * Ability to independently manage student application projects from start to finish. * Excellent English communication, writing, and editing skills. * Ability to collaborate with Junior Consultants and internal team members. * Availability for online sessions aligned with Korea Standard Time (KST).

우대 사항

👉Preferred * Experience advising students admitted to highly selective U.S. universities, including UC campuses. * Experience working with international school students, particularly Korean applicants. * Experience managing multiple student application projects simultaneously. 👉Location & Work Authorization * Applicants based in South Korea are preferred for scheduling convenience. * Overseas applicants are welcome if they can consistently accommodate students' schedules in Korea Standard Time (KST). * Preferred Visa Status (Korea): F-2, F-5, or F-6. * Other visa holders, including F-4, may apply if legally authorized to perform the required work. * Engagement is subject to verification of applicable work authorization requirements.
