About Keep in Touch (키핀터치) Keep in Touch is a fast-growing vegan beauty brand based in Seoul, South Korea. We are rapidly expanding across global markets including Japan, the US, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. We are looking for a passionate and proactive Global Sales & Amazon Operation Intern to join our growth journey! 1. Key Responsibilities • Global B2B Sales Support: Assist in buyer communication, sales outreach, and export order management. • Amazon Store Operations: Manage product listings, inventory tracking, sales data monitoring, and promotion updates on Amazon Seller Central. • Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct global cosmetics trend research and competitor benchmarking. • Localization & Translation: Translate marketing materials, product descriptions, and sales collateral into English or target languages.

자격 요건

• Visa Status: Must hold a valid visa status in South Korea eligible for internship/work (D-10 구직비자, F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6, or eligible D-2 work permit). • Language Proficiency: • English: Professional working proficiency or Native level. • Korean: Intermediate to Advanced business level (TOPIK Level 5 or higher recommended for smooth internal team communication). • Strong passion and interest in the global beauty and cosmetics industry (K-Beauty). • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

우대 사항

• Position: Internship (Full-time) • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (40 hours/week) • Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months • Probation Period: First 1 month • Extension & Conversion: Possibility of contract extension or full-time position conversion based on performance evaluation. • Compensation (급여): • KRW 2,100,000 – 2,300,000 / month (Gross / 세전) (Negotiable based on experience) • Note: Salary is subject to mandatory Korean statutory deductions (4 major insurances and income tax). Estimated net pay (세후 실수령액) is approx. KRW 1,880,000 – 2,050,000 / month. • Location: Yangjae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul (Near Yangjae Station, Line 3 / Shinbundang Line)

Preferred Qualifications (Special Requirements) • Hands-on experience operating Amazon Seller Central or global e-commerce platforms. • Prior experience in B2B sales, trade, or cosmetics marketing. • Multi-lingual skills (Japanese, Traditional Chinese, or Southeast Asian languages are a huge plus). • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic design/visual tools (Figma, Canva, etc.). 5.
