주요 업무

• Manage daily operations, including opening and closing. • Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and process payments. • Assist Korean and international guests and resolve customer concerns. • Coordinate staff duties and work schedules. • Monitor food, beverage, and supply inventory and maintain a clean, organized venue. • 매장 운영 및 오픈·마감 관리 • 고객 안내, 주문 접수, 음식·음료 서빙 및 결제 • 한국인·외국인 고객 응대 및 불편사항 해결 • 직원 업무 분담 및 근무 일정 관리 • 식자재·주류·소모품 재고 확인 및 매장 청결 관리

자격 요건

• Korean communication skills sufficient for everyday customer service and teamwork. • A friendly, responsible, and service-oriented attitude. • The ability to work well with others and take initiative. • Authorization to work in this role in South Korea. • 한국어로 기본적인 고객 응대와 직원 간 소통이 가능한 분 • 친절한 서비스 태도와 책임감을 갖춘 분 • 팀원들과 협력하며 적극적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분 • 한국에서 해당 업무에 취업이 가능한 외국인 지원자

우대 사항
