Ug or masters?

Hey everyone I need genuine advice related to south korea. Which is better time move to korea for studies through GKS as undergraduate or for master. Its kinda confusing to move from our own country alone to another and I saw many posts related to the pressure of it. If it's possible anyone living in Korea can give their insta handles for their experiences at korea as foreigner because even MEXT ug applications are available so I am kinda confused.
