D-10 Internship immigration report

I'm on the D-10-1 visa. I recently got an internship at a company which I will begin next week. I have all the documents required to be submitted to the immigration office for reporting of commencement but I wanted to know if there was an online portal that I could submit it on? Or do I only have to Fax or go in person to do this? If there is an online portal, can someone guide me on where it is on the HiKorea website? I have tried to call them multiple times on 1345 but I keep getting the bot saying the lines are too busy and they hang me up automatically, which is frustrating. Thank you in advance!! ^^
