I will continue to live in Korea on an F2 visa from next year, and I'm going to take a UK master's course online. However, the tuition is so high that I'm asking for advice on where to look for US/UK scholarships or financial support for international students (including loans).

It should be considered almost impossible to get a loan in Korea. What I can suggest is enrolling in a U.S. agency and applying for FAFSA, scholarships, grants and loans. Also looking for an exchange student program or sister school/dual degree program Or, if your parents are an incumbent/former soldier, you'd better check if they qualify for a lower tuition fee. But I think I'll be hopeful because I think people living in the United States will be selected hypocritically.

I think I want to maintain my resident visa status as much as possible, but among my friends, I have a friend who lived in Korea, went to England to study, and came back to Korea. I think it would be best to get a department scholarship in the UK.
