question regarding the recent D-10 visa rule updates.

Hi Previously, extending a D-10 visa was often difficult without additional points (for example internship or topic). With the new D-10 rules (longer stay period, 1-year renewals, extended internship limits), is it now possible to extend a current D-10 visa even if the applicant does not have additional points, as long as they are actively job-seeking or preparing/doing an internship?
