LOST MY ARC!!!!-NEED HELP

Hey guys, I'm in trouble with sth, and really need help! I've been living in Seoul on D-4 visa(어학연수) for 3 months and still have 3months left. But yesterday, I lost my 외국인 등록증. I've already reported it to police, but no responses yet. To be honest, I’m not even sure I’ll be able to find it because I don’t remember where I lost it at all. So, I'd like to ask how to get a new 외국인 등록증 ASAP. If anyone had a similar issue and get through it, I’d really appreciate any help or advice.
