A new teaching job

When you’re looking for a new teaching job, how do most people usually do it? Do you find one recruiter and just wait, or do you work with a few different recruiters? What’s the typical approach? I found a recruiter that a lot of people recommended, but I’m not really getting good responses, and I haven’t had a single interview or anything. They also haven’t reached out in a while, so I’m wondering how others normally handle this.
