D10 visa application from tourist visa (no visa)
Hello! Does anyone know if it's possible to apply for the D10 visa while residing in Korea as a tourist? Besides the point system, do I need to be holding another visa to be eligible to apply for D10? Thanks in advance!

I did have to submit proof of financial stability but otherwise just the standard D10 docs!
