Hi! I’ve actually found a job through Kowork before. In many Korean companies, if you don’t pass the document screening stage, they often don’t contact you separately. So in your case, it’s possible they reviewed your application but didn’t move you forward, which is why you only see viewed and no reply. I’d recommend polishing your resume a bit more. From my experience, Korean companies tend to prefer resumes that are written in Korean and filled out in a detailed and thorough way. When I updated mine like that, I started getting more responses.
