Looking for advice on getting a frontend role with E-7 visa support
Hi everyone, I’m a mid-level frontend / software developer with ~3+ years of experience working primarily with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and modern frontend tooling. I hold a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and have worked on production-level web applications, dashboards, and internal tools. I’m currently exploring opportunities in Korea and wanted to ask the community for practical advice on landing a role that offers E-7 visa support. Specifically, I’d love tips on: Which types of companies are most open to sponsoring E-7 for frontend engineers Whether applying directly vs recruiters works better How important Korean language ability is for frontend roles Any common mistakes to avoid when applying from overseas If anyone here has successfully gone through the E-7 process (or hired foreign developers), I’d really appreciate your insights. Thanks in advance!
