Job Description

• Plan personnel regulations and processes on an ongoing basis to manage and operate business units and organizations of all Mediquus Group corporations. • Lead various projects of the HR headquarters to maintain labor stability and prevent risks in advance. • Plan personnel for the performance and profits of corporations and business units. • Plan and operate an efficient performance evaluation system.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 years or more to 8 years or less • Someone who has experience planning and operating personnel regulations and systems in a mid-sized or larger company • Someone who has experience in conducting actual operations and reporting of labor-management councils

Preferred

• Those who can speak Japanese (business level) • Those who have experience in HR management at all stages before/after a startup's listing • Those who have a high level of understanding of various human resource management laws such as the Labor Standards Act ※ Those with disabilities, national meritorious persons/veterans, etc. will be given preference according to relevant laws. ㄴ Applicants are required to submit supporting documents when submitting their resumes
