Job Description

• Analyze customer funnel of our own service and derive insights for improving indicators • Establish and execute growth strategies to acquire new customers and increase retention, verify hypotheses, and maximize customer CLTV performance • Acquire new customers and increase retention using various paid and non-paid marketing channels and methods • Operate performance advertising media based on Unit Economics • Plan and operate digital advertising and marketing to attract new customers • Set up and manage funnels to improve data analysis accuracy (collaborate with development team)

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English • Experience in establishing channel-specific strategies, budgets, operating, and achieving results • Experience in planning/executing/analyzing digital campaigns with clear target figures • Data analysis skills: Ability to directly extract and analyze data using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, Looker studio, and Power BI

Preferred

• Global marketing experience: Those with global marketing experience targeting various countries and cultures • Highly skilled in small-scale, rapid experimentation, verification, and scale-up work methods • Those with data analysis and CRM experience in O2O business, platform, and commerce companies • Excellent communication skills and collaboration capabilities • Proactive problem-solving capabilities • F4 visa holder
