Job Description

This is the work that will be done together with the overseas technical support team. • Preparation and execution of test runs of products delivered overseas. • AS work for handling customer complaints that occur overseas. • Education/training work for product maintenance to overseas customers and dealers. • Estimation and management work for preventive maintenance (overhaul) of overseas products. • Import/export of free/paid AS parts and spare parts. • Determination of free/paid AS and product maintenance work.

Qualifications

• Major is irrelevant, but those with experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aircraft maintenance, or automobile maintenance are required • Korean and English communication skills are a must! • New applicants are also welcome, but those with experience will be given preference if they have experience with compressors and air conditioners • Preference will be given to men of good build, as heavy motors may be transported during on-site test drives

• A person with a bright personality and a service sales mindset who can communicate in Korean with Korean employees and in English with overseas staff • A person who can commute from Cheonan/Pungse/Sejong/Cheongju/other Chungbuk/Daejeon, etc. • A person who can communicate smoothly with departments such as production-strategy management-purchasing-sales
