[Japanese brand marketer who will grow into Japan's No. 1 inner beauty brand] Onist has grown steadily every year and achieved sales of 10 billion in 2024, but it still has a long way to go in the global market. The Japanese brand marketer represents Onist's brand and creates growth in the Japanese market. Onist is scheduled to enter the Cosme Kitchen in February 2025. We are looking for someone who can develop strategies and grow Onist's unique brand experience in a way that meets the needs of Japanese consumers. [Job examples] - Establish and execute online/offline linked sales strategies, manage vendors - Establish and execute company mall promotion and advertising strategies - Plan strategic products by channel - Establish and plan and operate marketing campaign strategies (influencers, viral, events, PR, etc.) - Plan and manage social media content (visual, copywriting)

Qualifications

- High Japanese proficiency/A person who can work in English or Korean - Experience in planning and managing promotions in the Japanese market - A person who defines and solves problems with a structured logical flow - A person who can prioritize work and work quickly - A person who can do meticulous and detailed work - A person with a passionate and enterprising mindset
