Job Description

CS/CX, VOC collection and improvement direction derivation [CX] • Establish hypothesis by deriving expected use cases and user journey maps • Identify customer needs and pain points and improve usability based on indicators, user interviews, and VOCs [Communication] • Collaborate with various departments such as planning, development, and marketing to improve service quality • Answer customer inquiries and consider customer-oriented communication and processing methods [Establishment of operation policy] • Establishment of service operation policy • Community management and monitoring • Notification and customer guidance [VOC management] • Collect customer problems and pain points through customer interviews and surveys, and discuss appropriate insights together. • Support to derive service improvement directions by collating, analyzing, and statisticalizing VOCs. • After verifying market fit and conducting surveys and interviews through beta testers, statisticalizing them and deriving service improvement directions.

Qualifications

• (Required) Communication skills - Someone who can communicate in English and create logical documents ㄴ Since we are targeting global and domestic customers, English and Korean communication skills and document organization skills are required. - Communicate with various related departments to ensure successful customer experience • Someone who understands the target - Someone who has deep understanding and experience in customer journey design/analysis/inside derivation - Someone who can suggest efficient solutions to customer problems and has a sense of responsibility - Someone who is curious, understands and respects customers, and can lead stories • Someone who has flexible work processing skills and meticulous work handling according to issue response • Someone who can explain logically with data and has a tone and manner appropriate for the service • Someone with related experience (UX/branding/marketing/content planning/CX/CS, etc.)
