Job Description

• Oversee local operations of the digital talent development program in Indonesia • Manage local instructors and manage the quality of educational program operation • Operate communication channels between headquarters and local areas and report on issues • Discover local partnerships and create business opportunities • Monitor technical issues related to program operation and derive improvement measures

Qualifications

• Indonesian nationality • Business-level English proficiency is required • Data-based performance management and reporting capabilities • Ability to communicate smoothly with various stakeholders • Problem-solving skills and rapid response capabilities

Preferred

• Degree in Computer Science or related field • Understanding of IT/software education field • Ability to utilize project management tools (Jira, etc.) • Korean speaking • Possession of local education/IT industry network
