Job Description

Growth Innovation Lab 1. Social media operation - Monthly posting scheduling and content confirmation 2. Yuga/Muga seeding operation work - Muga seeding part-timer attendance management (partially responsible for captain duties) - Muga seeding month-end delivery history management (China local 3PL inventory management) - Muga seeding monthly 报备 content follow-up - Yuga seeding vendor communication (content check/schedule follow-up) 3. China/Taiwan content production - SNS content translation and simple video/image editing - Shopee Taiwan thumbnail and image editing work

Qualifications

- Fluent in Chinese and Korean - Excellent collaboration and communication skills - Active and proactive personality - Willing and passionate about learning and growth

Preferred

- Someone with experience in operating Chinese SNS (Xiaohongshu, Tongyin, etc.) - Someone with experience living in China - Someone with high interest in domestic and international cosmetic trends and markets - Someone skilled in using MS - Someone with high interest in skincare cosmetics and video content
