Job Description
To drive product adoption and customer satisfaction in the 3D Digital Twin business area, we are looking for an active and versatile sales, marketing and customer support professional to be responsible for corporate account management and marketing content development. This role will contribute to discovering and supporting customers who will use the company's innovative technologies through market research, content creation, and customer support. .* Sales and Customer Support - Establish sales strategies and support communication with customers - Manage and support major overseas corporate customers * Market research and marketing content development - Understand market trends and conduct competitor research - Create marketing materials such as blog posts, case studies, and onboarding materials * Customer Success and Support - As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, support for resolving technical and non-technical issues - Develop and maintain user manuals, FAQs, and guides for 3D digital twin products - Support new customer education and onboarding * Customer indicator management and reporting - Monitor customer product usage data to discover new sales opportunities - Track and report key sales indicators such as product usage retention rate, customer satisfaction, and sales volume - Share customer insights with internal teams to improve sales strategies and enhance customer experience * Sales and Customer Support - Develop sales strategies and support communication with customers - Manage and support key overseas corporate customers - Market Research and Marketing Content Development * Monitor market trends and conduct competitor research - Create marketing materials such as blog posts, case studies, onboarding documents, etc. - Customer Success and Support * Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries - providing both technical and non-technical problem-solving support - Develop and maintain user manuals, FAQs, and guides for 3D digital twin products - Support new customer onboarding and training - Customer Metrics Management and Reporting * Monitor customer product usage - data to identify new sales opportunities - Track and report key sales metrics, such as product usage retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth - Share insights between internal teams and customers to improve sales strategies and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * Languages: Fluent in listening, speaking, and writing in Japanese and English * Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer support in a B2B business environment * Competencies - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with internal departments and external customers - Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies - Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, CRM software (Hubspot), Zendesk, Jira, Illustrator, etc. - Ability to interpret and analyze sales and revenue data * Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * Languages: Fluency in listening, speaking, and writing in Japanese and English * Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer support in a B2B business environment
