Job Description

- Operation and management of content within the Sticky platform for Indonesian users - Assistance in improving content operation through communication with local creators, trend research, and indicator analysis - Support for Sticky social channel operation and viral content planning and production - Support for product localization and product marketing - Assistance with CS response and user communication

Qualifications

- Those who can work full-time during the contract period (approximately 6 months: 3 months in progress, then 3 months extension) [Mon-Fri, 10:00-19:00] - Those who can participate in the schedule for each typical procedure [Expected date of admission: February 17, 2025] - Those who are fluent in Indonesian (the language proficiency must be written on the application form) - Those who can operate and plan content based on an understanding of local trends - Those who are familiar with communication and collaboration

- Those who have lived in Indonesia for more than 3 years or can communicate freely with native speakers - Those who have experience in operating social media channels or planning and producing content - Those who have experience using Sticky or similar services - Those who have experience in self-directed work and improvement - Those who have experience in directly analyzing data and meticulously handling work
