Overall leadership to achieve goals Set ALAN's key indicators (KPIs) and directly plan and promote various tasks to achieve them Identify the top priority tasks, quickly create even a small MVP, measure the results, and improve Make bold decisions even when uncertainty is high, and strongly drive the team 2. Rapid experimentation and verification Design and operate short-cycle A/B tests, quickly admit failures, and improve immediately Establish hypotheses by synthesizing quantitative/qualitative data, and immediately judge success or failure Maintain a speedy cycle of expanding if the results are good, and immediately supplementing if not 3. Qualifications

1. Execution and driving force Experience in solving large and complex problems directly with an attitude as an executor, not a critic A combative mind that does not get tired while repeating hypothesis-verification-learning every day 2. Experience as a developer Experience in creating a quick MVP as a SW engineer Technical communication skills with developers 3. 2 years or more of PO/PM experience or equivalent experience Experience in creating product-type results in various interests as a project leader Experience in AI/LLM products or B2C services 4. Team leading and communication Ability to collaborate with various departments such as development, design, and business, and resolve conflicts through execution Leadership that presents goals and unites the energy of team members to achieve results 5. Data-based thinking & agile decision-making Ability to skillfully utilize experimental design and analysis tools such as A/B testing, Amplitude, and SQL Ability to make bold decisions and create necessary information even in situations where data is insufficient
