Job Description
- Respond to inquiries from overseas customers of Toomics service and resolve issues - Receive customer complaints (VOC) and feedback, check for errors, and improve through collaboration with relevant departments - Establish and operate customer service policies, manage performance indicators - Collaborate and communicate with affiliates and partners
Qualifications
- Someone who has English communication skills at a business conversation level - Someone who has meticulous work processing skills and excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Someone with experience in customer center consulting and customer management - Someone with experience in establishing customer service policies and improving processes - Someone with experience defining and solving problems based on customer-centered thinking - Someone who can speak a foreign language other than English at a beginner level or higher - Someone with intermediate or higher document work skills such as Excel and PPT
