Common Eligibility Foreigners who are not disqualified from obtaining a visa or working in Korea Graduated or expected to graduate before August 2025 (Those who can join in September 2025) Those who have a TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) Level 3 or higher ※ Scores from March 9, 2023 to March 9, 2025 are recognized. However, those who do not have language test scores can submit them after obtaining them by August 2025.
